Alphatec Marine Electronics was started in 1997/98 and has grown to an incorporated company employing seven full time people operating from a NW Destin Florida facility of twenty-nine hundred square feet. We offer full service electronics repair, in house carpentry and aluminum fabrication as well as sales of all major brands of marine electronics.

The senior techs boast combined experience of over forty years in the industry on a wide variety of vessels both private and commercial. We are FCC, GMDSS, and CMET certified, licensed and insured allowing us to service vessels anywhere in the world.

Though we are based in Destin Florida, we are fully mobile and full electronics services across the Gulf Coast.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from eight to five and our emergency hotline is provided for weekend and after hours emergency service.

Alphatec Marine Electronics offers sales service and installation of all major brands of marine electronics. We are an authorized warranty service center for all major brands and have a fully equipped electronics repair facility on the premises. In addition, we offer our customers a complete in house cabinet shop staffed by a boat carpenter/ cabinet maker with more than twenty years of experience in the field. We also offer in house aluminum fabrication staffed by an experienced builder of large aluminum motor yachts and offshore race boats. 

We are fully mobile and service the entire Gulf Coast. 

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with an emergency hotline for after hours, weekends and holidays.

Our senior techs boast combined experience of over forty years in the industry on a wide variety of vessels both private and commercial. Our Senior Tech is a product of Naval Aviation Electronics schools where he received a level of training and experience not found anywhere else in the world.

We hold FCC Master of Communications, GMDSS Maintainer and CMET certifications, and are fully licensed and insured meeting all state and federal regulations.

In addition, we have US Coast Guard licensed captains on our staff to facilitate sea trials and vessel relocation as needed.
